  • We accept returns within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • Products eligible for return must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all original accessories included.

2. Non-returnable Items:

  • Customized or personalized products cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage upon receipt.

3. Return Process:

  • Pack the item securely in the original packaging, along with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
  • Ship the item back to us at your expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used during the purchase.
  • Please allow up to 7 Business Days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
